"Cargo radar" Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cargoradar.eu", "we", "us" or "our"), UIC: 206550946, having its registered office in Bulgaria, Sofia, zip code 1528, 41 Nedelcho Bonchev Blvd., 3rd floor, provides real-time tracking of Vehicles (vans and trucks) operating and specialized in the logistics sector all over Europe, accessible through the use of our website, currently www.CargoRadar.eu.
- services, accessible through the use of our website www.cargoradar.eu (the "Website"), our mobile applications, APIs, Paid Services or other information provided as part of the CargoRadar.eu services (jointly referred to as the "Services").
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") set forth the legally binding terms governing all use of the Services (as defined below) provided by Cargoradar.eu. By using the Services, you are confirming that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions, which also include our Privacy Policy. All use of the Service is subject to these Terms and Conditions. " Cargo radar " Ltd shall reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued and uninterrupted use of the Services subject to these Terms and Conditions, following the posting of any revisions thereto, constitutes an implied agreement to be bound by such updates.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the CargoRadar.eu services. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may use the services provided by the website for information purposes only - i.e. for the purpose of exploring the website.
2. Registration process.
Registered users of the services provided by Cargoradar.eu may use certain additional services and functionalities and have access to additional data (as explained below in the terms and conditions). In addition, registration is a prerequisite for using any of our paid services (as defined below).
During registration you will be asked to provide your email address and password. Alternatively, you can use certain third party services, for example the social networks Facebook or Google. If you are registered in order to subscribe to one of our paid services, you will also need to provide your first name, last name and country of residence. If you are registered for Business Services (as defined below), you must also provide your company name, address and VAT number. You shall be responsible for providing accurate and correct registration information and do not assume any liability for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in such information or in the Service arising from any information provided by you. By becoming a registered user of our Services, you will also be invited to consent to the processing of your personal data by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you are a natural person, even if you are over 18 years of age, you cannot register an account for the services provided by the Cargoradar.eu website in this capacity, as they concern the "business to business" hypothesis. The only option to register an account is to indicate that you represent a legal entity.
After completing the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email containing the information you have selected to the email address you have provided.
Your provided business account may be automatically cancelled if you violate any of these restrictions imposed by CargoRadar.eu.
When registering as a carrier (this option does not apply to freight forwarders) you will also be required to indicate which GPS provider your transport company uses by selecting it from a drop-down menu for this purpose.
If the list of GPS providers that are already integrated with the CargoRadar.eu platform is not present, then the user(carrier) may request the platform to add and integrate his GPS provider.
3. User account protection.
Each user is personally and exclusively responsible for all actions and transactions made through their company account. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and shall be sure to properly log out of your account at the end of each session. You expressly agree to notify Cargoradar.eu immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use or access to your password or account.

4. Third Party Services.
The Services are integrated with certain third party applications, websites and services ("Third Party GPS Provider Services") in order to provide content, products and/or services to you. These Third Party Services may have their respective terms and conditions of use and privacy policies and your use of these Third Party Services will be governed by and subject to these terms and conditions and privacy policies. You expressly acknowledge and agree that Cargoradar.eu does not approve of and is not responsible or liable for the conduct, features, or content of any third party services or any transaction you may enter into with the provider of such third party services.
5. License.
Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions, we will give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Cargoradar.eu website services. Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, this right shall be provided to you for your personal commercial use only. You shall also be granted permission to temporarily explore the services provided by Cargoradar.eu for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a grant of license, not a transfer of ownership, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy any material from the Cargoradar.eu site;
- use the materials in question for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
-attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software included in any materials or services provided by the Cargoradar.eu site;
-remove any copyright or other intellectual property notices from any materials on the site; or
- transfer any works or materials from the Cargoradar.eu site to another person for the purpose of "mirroring" them on another server.
The license granted to you and the right to access the services of the Cargoradar.eu site will terminate automatically in the event that you breach any provision of these terms and conditions. Upon termination of this license, you must destroy all downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
6. Paid and free services on Cargoradar.eu.
As initially outlined, the free services on Cargoradar.eu are provided to each business user for the purpose of exploring the functionality of the site for a period of one year. These free services on the Cargoradar.eu website are currently referred to as the "Basic Services". After the free period, the user shall be automatically switched to the paid services on the Cargoradar.eu site, which require a subscription on an annual basis.
The paid services are currently called "Premium Services". You can learn more about the content of our paid services, discounts offered and advertising policy options on our website Cargoradar.eu.
Please note that the Paid Services are the only subscription through which you are permitted to use the Services in connection with any commercial use or for any commercial purpose, including public display (commercial or non-commercial). Therefore, if you intend to use the Services for any commercial purpose, you must subscribe to our paid services, and the license granted to you in this regard shall entitle you to use the Service for commercial purposes. However, the Business Services License does not grant you any right to resell or distribute any data, information, terms of trade or intellectual property obtained through the Cargoradar.eu Service unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Paid services are contracted for a subscription period. The subscription period may be one (1), three (3), six (6) months at a time or twelve (12) months at a time or any other period agreed between the parties. All subscriptions (personal and business) shall be automatically extended for an additional subscription period at a time until you or Cargoradar.eu expressly terminates the subscription. Please see your account page on our website for more information on your subscription options and terms.
Any user or Cargoradar.eu may terminate the subscription at any time by providing thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice. In this case, the prepaid subscription fee for the relevant period will not be refunded, but you will be entitled to continue using the Cargoradar.eu services until the end of that period.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can use your account page on our website to do so. If Cargoradar.eu would like to terminate your subscription, we will do so by email.
Certain purchases (including those concerning banner advertising) on the website or app may also be made in the form of a single payment for time-limited access to certain paid services limited to a particular version of our mobile apps or version of the website. Such purchases are made from either the mobile app or the website and follow the specified payment process and associated specific terms. Please read more about in-app and/or website advertising purchases on Cargoradar.eu and note the specific licensing terms in this regard.
7. Fees and payment.
Paid services can be purchased on the website or via so-called in-app purchases. Except in connection with certain in-app purchases as described above, the Paid Services are payable as a monthly or annual subscription fee in accordance with the price list available on the Website or the Mobile App. You may make payment of the Fee through any of the payment methods offered by us on the Cargoradar.eu website or mobile app. If any payment is not made by the due date, your subscription to the paid services will be automatically and immediately terminated.
Cargoradar.eu shall reserve the right to change the prices of the Paid Services, and you will be notified in advance by email or by information published on our website. Changes to the price of the Paid Services will take effect from the next subscription period (one (1), three (3), six (6) months at one time or twelve (12) months - see above) following the price change notification. As provided by law, you shall accept the new price by continuing to use the Paid Services after the price change becomes effective. If you disagree with the price change, you shall have the right to reject the change by terminating the Paid Services before the price change becomes effective. Therefore, please make sure you read any such price change notice carefully.
8. Trademarks and intellectual property rights.
Ownership of and all intellectual property rights in the Services or any content on the Services, including but not limited to patents, design rights, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and proprietary know-how, shall be owned by and vested in Cargoradar.eu as your licensor, and nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as an assignment of such rights by us to you. You shall have the sole right to a limited license to the Services specifically provided under these Terms and Conditions.
More particularly, the Cargoradar.eu trademark and all trademarks appearing on the Services are the property of Cargo Radar Ltd. and are protected by the applicable laws. Use of these trademarks in any manner is strictly prohibited and may involve your civil, criminal and administrative legal liability.
9. Data collection and transmission.
All users shall submit their company details to the website Cargoradar.eu. CargoRadar.eu does not have any direct contractual relationships with GPS providers. They shall receive an email (or a declaration of consent) from their customer, the Carrier, who is a customer on the CargoRadar.eu platform, regarding the declared request that the data of their specific vehicles be provided by the GPS provider on the CargoRadar.eu platform, through an integration between the two websites - that of CargoRadar.eu and the website API.
The collection and transmission of data from GPS providers to our server is offered by users voluntarily and without compensation. For CargoRadar.eu as a platform, it is of utmost importance that the real-time location information it receives from GPS providers on vehicles is made available only to registered users on the platform. And more precisely:
- Freight forwarders can see the location of carriers. Carriers cannot see the location of other carriers, only of their transport units.
- Once vehicles are integrated via the carriers' GPS provider, they automatically appear on the CargoRadar map by default as "visible" to all forwarders registered on the platform, and carriers can at any time disable or give visibility to all or selected vehicles to all or selected forwarders, respectively.
- Carriers have full control of the choice of visibility of their transport units and they decide themselves which forwarding companies registered on the platform to assign it to.
The platform provides three levels of visibility that carriers can choose from and decide to give shippers visibility. Carriers are able to terminate or grant visibility to their chosen freight forwarder at any time.
The control of visibility of the means of transport shall be determined solely by the carriers - owners of the means of transport. Any consequence of information or visibility falling into the location platform of their vehicles shall be at their own risk.
CargoRadar.eu has the right to use any data from vehicle locations in order to generate statistics and convert them into useful information for the industry (example - if the system shows a cluster of trucks at a border and queues forming, it should be possible to give an approximate time for a truck to cross the border; optimise routes, etc.).
Data transmission to us should be done in real time. It is strictly forbidden to send any delayed or modified or manipulated or fabricated data, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, as this would give a false and misleading picture of the current positions of a particular truck or van.
CargoRadar.eu does not provide equipment (GPS devices). Carriers who do not have GPS devices installed may contact GPS providers that have already been integrated with the platform and contract GPS services with them.
10. Unauthorised use without intervention.
You agree that you will not use or attempt to use against the Cargoradar.eu website any method, device, software or database in order to cause damage to any other person or interfere with the operation of the Services, or to use and/or monitor any information on or related to the Services for any unauthorized purpose. Specifically, each user, whether authorized or unauthorized, agrees that it will not (and will not permit any of its employees, agents or any other third party) do any of the following:
-use the Services or any data contained therein, or provide, link to or otherwise make available any information on the Services that is illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or constitutes an invasion of privacy, is hateful, harmful to minors, racial or ethnic, or otherwise unacceptable;
- misrepresent itself as a natural person or legal entity or otherwise misrepresent its legal status;
-manipulate, falsify or otherwise alter information or identifiers by means that may conceal or disguise the origin of any information;
- modify, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile or hack any of the software applications or related tools or utilities used by the Services;
- alter or delete information not provided by you or interfere with the operation of the Services, including, but not limited to, by distributing unsolicited advertising or email messages or distributing worms, viruses, and other similar content;
- You also agree not to allow other users of the Services to access, view, download or reproduce the material for any use not authorized by us.
11. User forum and chat.
Cargoradar.eu may allow registered users to post a wide range of material on our website, such as pictures, discussions and comments about the Cargo or the Service (hereinafter the Material). By posting a Material on the Website, you agree that the Material and your registered user name will be available to the public and other users.
The material shall not:
-contain information that is protected by copyright, trademark law or other intellectual property rights without the express consent of the rights holder;
- market/sell a product, service or company;
- identify a natural or legal person without that person's express consent (e.g., by name, address, image, or video); or
- be offensive, intimidating, harassing, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate or illegal.
You shall be liable for any damages suffered by Cargoradar.eu as a result of providing material in breach of these terms and conditions.
You consent to our review of the content of your material and acknowledge that we may remove any material at our discretion.
You are aware and understand that the statements and opinions presented in the material are those of other users and not of Cargoradar.eu. Cargoradar.eu does not support or approve such statements and opinions that are suspected to be false or misleading.
You hereby grant us the right to edit, copy, display, publish and distribute any information or material submitted by You on the Services.
12. Absence of guarantees.
The services and content on Cargoradar.eu are provided "as they are" and "as is reasonable". We make no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Furthermore, we do not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the content available through the Services on the Cargoradar.eu website or third party services related to such content or on third party websites related to the Services.
We make no warranty that the pages, services, features and content of the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any errors will be corrected immediately. We do not warrant that the Services or the servers through which they are made available to users of Cargoradar.eu are free of viruses or other harmful components, although we make every effort to make sure that they are.
Cargoradar.eu's Services and content may include technical, typographical or photographic errors. We do not guarantee that any of the material on the Services is accurate, complete or up to date. We may make changes to the materials contained in the Services at any time without prior notice.
The information provided on the position and identity of the vehicle originates directly from the vehicle, and this information is transmitted via public radio frequencies, according to available ground and space-based GPS stations. The information collected and published may contain errors due to the inherent limitations of radio communications (e.g. limited coverage, interference, jamming, special weather conditions, etc.), due to misconfiguration of the devices on board the vehicle concerned, due to carelessness of the data set by the driver, due to wrong position obtained from the GPS of the vehicle (truck, van) and due to other factors beyond the control of Cargoradar.eu. The data is provided for informational purposes only and is in no way related to navigation safety.
Therefore, we cannot provide any type of guarantee and are not responsible for the correctness, validity, completeness and accuracy of this published information, nor for the suitability of their use for purposes other than purely illustrative.
13. Exclusion of liability.
Unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, in no event shall we be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profits, or due to business interruption), arising out of the Services or the use of or inability to use the content of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We cannot guarantee the security of any transfer of information, including GPS information, made through the Services. We assume no responsibility for the information contained in the Services. The Services may contain links to third party websites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for and do not approve the content of any third party website related to the Services. We expressly disclaim any and all liability for any statements made or implied in connection with products, publications or websites that are not our property.
14. Changes to the Services.
You hereby confirm and agree that nothing in these terms and conditions constitutes a commitment on our part to provide the Services in their present form or according to any specifications. We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, from time to time make additions, deletions, modifications or alterations to the format and features of the Services.
You are additionally acknowledging that we may be required to change, modify or reduce the scope of the Services due to mandatory law or resolutions of competent governmental authorities. If any such limitation applies to the Service in a manner that may affect or impair the Paid Services, Cargoradar.eu shall not be responsible or liable for any refund, in whole or in part, of any payments made by you with respect to any Paid Services.
15. Applicable law and disputes.
All claims relating to the Services shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to international conflicts of law provisions.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be ultimately settled by the Sofia City Court.

CargoRadar.eu has partnerships with several major GPS service providers that are fully integrated with the platform, so if you use one of them, integrating with our platform will be very easy and fast. If we haven't already set up an integration with your current GPS provider, we'd be happy to talk to them about getting you integrated. In case you do not have a GPS service for your fleet you can choose one of our integrated GPS providers
