"Cargo radar" Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cargoradar.eu", "we", "us" or "our"), UIC: 206550946, with registered office in Bulgaria, Sofia, p.k. 1528, Nedelcho Bonchev Blvd. №41, floor 3 provides real-time vehicle tracking within Europe, a service accessible through the use of our website www.cargoradar.eu (the "Website"), our mobile applications, API, Paid Services or other information provided as part of the Cargoradar.eu services (collectively, the "Services").
 Your privacy is important to us. Pursuant to the Bulgarian Data Protection Act, which implements EU Directive 95/46/EC and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), we will be responsible for processing personal data when we decide the purposes and means of the processing. Personal data is information that directly or indirectly relates to a natural living person, e.g. name and address, but also location data or IP addresses. We may collect the information set out below which includes your personal data.
 This document contains a policy statement regarding the collection, use and processing of personal data, with whom we may share such data and your rights in relation to personal data. It also contains our cookie policy.
 Use of our Services may require you to register for a user account as set forth in the Terms and Conditions and to provide certain personal data. When you use the Services, we will process personal data for various purposes.

Registration Data.
 When you create a user account on the Website or through our Apps, you will be required to provide the following information; an email address and password. If you connect to the Service using credentials from a Third Party Service (as defined in the Terms of Service) (for example, Facebook), you authorize us to collect your authentication information, such as your username and encrypted credentials.
 We may also, with your prior consent, collect other information available on or through your third party service account, including, for example: your name, profile picture, country, hometown, email address, date of birth, gender, friends' names and profile pictures, and networks to gain insight into user behavior.
 If you register to subscribe to any of our Paid Services, as defined in our Terms of Service), you will also be required to provide your first name, last name and country of residence.
 If you are registering for our Business Services, you will also need to provide your company name (which may be a limited company or sole trader) and you will be able to provide your address and VAT number. Please note that we cannot 
provide the basic services for registered users or any Paid Services unless you provide the above personal details.
If you use our Services through an application on a mobile device, we may provide features that rely on the use of additional information on your mobile device or require access to certain services on your mobile device that will enhance your experience, but you are not required to use the Service. For example, you may give us your permission to collect the specific location of your mobile device. However, in order for us to collect or use the specific location on your mobile device, you must first give your express permission. Any such information collected will only be used for the specific purpose explained at the time we ask for your permission. If you have given us your permission to collect and use your location, you will always have the ability to revoke such permission by changing the settings on your mobile device.
Usage Information 
When you use the Services, certain information will be collected automatically, including (i) information about your use of the Services; (ii) content you post, upload and/or contribute to the Services; and (iii) technical data, which may include the URL from which you access the Site, your IP address, unique device identifier, network and computer performance, browser type, language and identifying information, and operating system.

Where you have registered for a Service, certain personal data will be processed for the performance of such agreement with you and you acknowledge that the processing of such personal data is governed by said agreement. We may also base some of our processing on a balancing of interest assessment where our interest is to maintain and develop our Services.
 Certain processing is also based on your consent. This is the case when we share your data with other users of the Service and when we collect data through your account on a third party service. You can withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your privacy preferences in the settings menus of our app and website.

Personal Data Disclosure.
 We may disclose your personal information to other users of the Services (at your election). Personal Data collected from you will be shared with third-party vendors performing system performance and sales monitoring, customer support, and relationship systems. These third party providers are considered to be Cargoradar.eu
's data processors. Some of our third party providers are located in the United States. In the event that your personal data is transferred to the United States in our use of the aforementioned third party providers, we will apply the Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission (available at https ://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection/standard-contractual-clauses-scc_en) to protect your personal data. In addition to the above, we may also disclose anonymous information to our partners and suppliers for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy within and outside the EU/EEA. In some cases, we may need to disclose your address to shipping companies in order to obtain hardware from us. You understand and agree that such third party or supplier will be the controller in relation to such data and its processing and that you will be subject to their privacy policy. We will take the necessary steps to secure the transfer of such data outside the EU/EEA using a security mechanism in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You expressly consent to your personal data being used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Right to request information and correction of data.
 You, as the person whose personal data is being processed, have the right by law to receive, once per calendar year upon request, information free of charge regarding the personal data being processed. You also have the right to request the rectification, erasure, portability or blocking of any personal data and to object to the processing of personal data. If you wish to exercise such rights, please write to us at the above address, giving your full name and, if applicable, your address, username and the email address used to register. Please note that the request for information about the processing of your personal data must be duly signed by you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Retention.
 We will retain your data for the duration of our relationship. If we determine that an account has been inactive for twelve (12) months, we will delete your data.
