Additional Information For European Individuals

Data Controller/Data Processor. Cargo Radar generally acts as the data processor on behalf of our Customers for the processing of Customers’ GPS Vehicle Information (described above) and other information that we collect at the direction of our Customers. We process this data pursuant to our Customers’ instructions and subject to our agreements with them.
We act as the data controller for the processing of Contact Information, Account Information and Data and Information Collected Automatically (each as described above).
International Transfer
Cargo Radar may transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland that may not have the same data protection laws as your home country. When we do so, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your privacy rights and ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK Addendum.

Access: You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by us. Though there may be exceptions, such as situations affecting others' privacy or legal obligations, you're entitled to review your data. We aim to respect your requests while safeguarding information. Hence, when you delete or change your information, we might not do so immediately from our backup systems or copies on active servers. We may retain some data to fulfil your requests (e.g., keeping your email address off our marketing list).
